• With a chainsaw, we will cut the stump to a height that will still allow our backhoe to dig it out.
• We will then dig the area surrounding the stump, ideally 3 feet. Doing this will give us space for the cleaning removal process.
• We will continue digging until we are sure that the stump is completely removed as well as its root structure.

Stump Grinding Pricing

You can expect to pay from $50 for the smallest stumps to $500 for the largest.  Tree stump grinding prices depend on stump size, age, species of tree, and location.   For the most part, the larger the stump, the more time it takes to grind it.  Further, older stumps are easier to grind then newer ones, and hardwood stumps take more time to grind than softwoods, such as Pines.  Lastly, hard to get to locations and/or difficult to access stumps may cost a bit more money.
